«Throughout my career in the industry, I have been committed to breaking down the barriers between the silos that large organizations know so well how to build within them.
And yet, the gains that can be made by working together in engineering and production, to take just this example, are considerable...
To do this, it is not enough to put everyone in the same room. It takes a lot of method, skills in many technical fields, and above all infinite respect for those who know and do, but who are not always aware of the constraints of the other, or who are prisoners of rules or habits that they dare not break because they have not been given the opportunity.
I found at IAC a love for industry and "beautiful work", attention to detail and stubbornness in continuous improvement that I could know in Germany or Japan. With a touch of creativity and curiosity in addition.
It is a great pleasure for me to have joined them, and to be able to contribute to the improvement of our customers' performances.»
Guy MAUGIS, 63, has been President of the Franco-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry since June 2011.

He is also treasurer of the Federation of Automotive Equipment Manufacturers (FIEV) and the Foundation for Road Safety, as well as a director of Constellium.
Polytechnician, Engineer of the Corps des Ponts et Chaussées and graduate in law, Guy MAUGIS worked several years at the Ministry of Equipment. He then continued his career at Pechiney, where he managed the Rhenalu Neuf-Brisach rolling plant, and then joined the American PPG group, where he chaired the European glass division. After the acquisition of PPG verre Europe by ASAHI Glass, Guy MAUGIS was in charge of the business development and worldwide spare parts activities of the Japanese group's automotive branch while chairing the European automotive activities.

I have known IAC for many years and they have accompanied me in the development of different types of products in different industries. The gains implanted have always been above or even far above my highest expectations.
This is one of IAC's many strengths. Their knowledge of the industry in all sectors and their professionalism make them a formidable vehicle for changing internal practices and I am proud to sit on the board as Senior Advisors.»

"My passions for technology and innovation were passed on to me by my grandfather who worked in the textile industry in Saint-Etienne. He was an engineer and especially an inventor. I was fascinated. I have always sought in my professional adventure to surround myself with passionate and humble people I can trust.
In addition to IAC teams’s know-how and ability to deliver results, the quality that has allowed us to collaborate together for many years is their knowledge, appreciation of IAC’s teams and their ability to deliver results."

«I have spent my entire career in industry, where I have held positions as Operational Manager and Head of Business Units in both Europe and the United States.
Throughout my career, I have seen that success is tied to a few key elements, including the ability to mobilize teams, but also the ability to develop a coherent strategy that must be combined with quality execution.
In my projects and contacts with IAC partners, I have found that these attributes are supported by very committed and extremely competent employees.
I look forward to joining them and am convinced of the value they offer their customers in improving their competitiveness.»

Managing Director EMEA
TECUMSEH
«I started my career in operational functions and then took over almost all functions in the supply chain. I then began my work in the General Management in various industry sectors. This gave me an impression of the continuous quest for operational excellence and the need to always question myself.
Throughout my career, I have seen that a company's performance is primarily associated with proper goal monitoring at all levels of the organization. A good strategy is a strategy that is well implemented and consistently applied...in short, it makes sense and keeps the focus.
While working with IAC Partners, I have found this consistency of approach and a strong commitment of competent teams.
I am very proud to join their team and build with them these rules and practices to increase the competitiveness of companies.»
