1st technical and economical capitalization and creation of RollingCost, a platform for internal use allowing to carry out Sourcing in France or abroad on unit parts or industrial sub-assemblies. RollingCost carried out about 1.000 RFQs per year on a panel of 5.000 registered suppliers.

1st ” Major Projects & Investments ” mission on the optimization of CAPEX / OPEX / DELAY of a plant in the Chemicals sector. Our methodology, initially conceived to improve the competitiveness of products, is deployed on a new business.

Publication of a book entitled “Towards Total Competitiveness”, written by Daniel PETIT in collaboration with Michel KLOPFER.

1st patent filed by a client following one of our interventions. Several dozens of patents were subsequently filed by our clients on other missions

Birth of IAC, directed by Daniel PETIT, born from the merger of 3 consulting companies: SORA, DELTA MANAGEMENT (subsidiary of SORA, specialized in product cost reduction, directed by Daniel PETIT and Jean-Noël BRETIN), HB CONSEIL (specialized in marketing strategy, established in the USA/Japan and directed by Jean-Bruno BOUEE)
