To fuel its expansion in North America, IAC Partners is hiring for a Manager role for its Chicago office.

As a Manager, you will be a content expert and lead complex client projects. You will play a central role in client relationships and commercial processes. We look for a record of success in the consulting field and expect you to work closely with Partners to discover new opportunities for IAC Partners.

Building on the expertise of IAC Partners in various spaces (industrial equipment, energy, healthcare, aerospace and defense, consumer products, mobility) your primary mission will be to develop and grow its offering in North America. As such, you will have a network of relevant relationships and will be able to pitch offerings associated to our practices to industry clients.

You will develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead business development teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, and drive proposal pricing strategy.

You will also be responsible for the proper execution of strategic projects with the support of our team of senior consultants and consultants.

Last but not least, you will mentor junior staff in your area of expertise and help them grow into resource you can confidently lean on.
