I joined IAC Partners during my end-of-study internship. My main concern was to join a firm that offers concrete assignments (no roadmaps 2050...), in various sectors! I was also convinced by IAC’s human dimension and ambious growth strategy.
I am a Consultant and work on a daily basis on several projects for different industries. Being responsible for our client’s daily satisfaction, I am in close contact with the Project Manager, on customer side I am organizing and leading workshops of all kind (brainstorming, analysis, etc). I report on this work through deliverables whose level of quality must reflect the added value and excellence of our firm.
Difficult choice... but I would say my last mission! On behalf of a well-known defense player, I had to reduce the variety of its offer: in practical terms, reduce its product portfolio from 20.000 to 2.000 references while looking for cost reduction.
The highlight of the mission was two weeks of Workshops with suppliers in North America. This international dimension made this internship very exciting and unique!
