Our recruitment process aims at understanding your motivation, your technical knowledge but also your passions and personal expectations. The first step is a selection through your CV and cover letter; one of our Managers will meet you to address your questions and run a case study, testing your ability to synthesize and analyze. Finally, a Partner will conduct a motivation interview with you. Our recruitment process is designed to assess whether your profile and ambitions is in line with our firm's values, ensuring a personal and professional fit helping you to boost your career.
With regard to the case studies, we advise you to take a step back, ensure that the problem is clearly identified and suggest practical solutions, thus carrying out an advisory project in a short period of time.
